Christian Cooke


Christian Louis Cooke (born 15 September 1987, Bradford, West Yorkshire) is an English television actor, best known for playing Luke Kirkwall in ITV1's Where the Heart Is. Cooke guest-starred in Casualty in late 2006 and appeared in the BBC production George Gently.

Christian also appears in BBC1's The Chase and as Brae Marrack in Echo Beach. He also appears in the 2008 series of Doctor Who. Christian is currently filming for an upcoming movie by Paramount Pictures. The filming location is in Jersey, UK.


Christian has been cast in a new ITV drama which stars Philip Glenister it's a new primetime series based on Dracula. The as-yet-untitled show will be set in modern-day London.


Glenister will play an American who has to deal with vampires, demons and zombies. He passes on the lifestyle to his teenage godson, played by Christian Cooke (Echo Beach), who is found to be the last descendant of the Van Helsing line. Among their supernatural opponents will be a particularly nasty vampire acted by Mackenzie Crook (The Office).


The six-episode series, produced by Shine, is currently being shot in London. Producer Johnny Capps said: "We're excited for the opportunity to be working with Laura Mackie (director of drama) and her drama team and to be making a primetime series for ITV, our first here at Shine."

He plays the president of the DandyLion club in the ITV2 drama Trinity.

His acting is absolutelty stunning and i truly believe his passion for the club, yet i can see that he doesn't want to be the president so he can be with his lover Charlotte Arc (i wish i were her)

and i suppose it goes without saying that, yes, he is drop dead gorgous... i'm in love :)
